    Perform, present, and adjudicate at regional, national, and international conferences

    Maintain extensive performance calendar

    Become involved in key service opportunities within Crane and SUNY Potsdam

    Create more performance and pedagogical content online with the benefit of recruitment in mind

    Create a platform for the Trombone Studio to be elevated to stronger recognition via digital media content via faculty and student initiatives

    Write and arrange more music for personal and/or faculty ensemble performance and for student group performance
